Supermoon

A lot of communication occurs in the silence between words:

Under the supermoon

the pause in conversation

lasts just long enough

to remind us of understanding

That Babel took the words

but left the pauses standing

that we communicate

half the time and understand

When we pause again

it's as if a thousand years

have been filled

with connection

if not completion.
